If you have considered taking up Tai chi, but are a little hesitant to join an existing class without any experience, this session is for you.
The workshop will be spit into two session, with a tea break/question time in between.
Session one:
Introduction to first 3 loosening exercises.
introduction to first few taiji short form moves
Partner exercise: single hand push
Tea break with questions
Session two:
Introduction to forth and with loosening exercises.
First section of taiji short form.
Meditation.
